Natalie Bayfield
Natalie Bayfield is the world’s leading expert on Real Estate Financial Modelling and pioneer of the very successful Bayfield Training Technique.
Natalie is the Director of Bayfield Training which she founded 12 years ago after graduating from CASS business school in London, with a degree in Property Valuation and Finance. She set up the company in response to the, then, limited computer literacy throughout the real estate profession. With increasing demands on property professionals to build their own models, Bayfield Training has grown and developed tools to meet the needs of some very advanced analysts.
Natalie herself has considerable experience of building financial models for real estate companies, fund managers, banks, and consultants. The estimated total ‘deal value’ of her models to date is a staggering £200bn. She has also trained and consulted for almost all the major surveying practices in the UK. She has taught nationals in and from countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Recognising Natalie’s considerable experience and unique expertise Cambridge University has recently appointed Natalie as a lecturer on the MPhil Property Finance course for the department of land economy.
