INREV is the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles. They are running a ‘Cash Flow Modelling for Non-listed Property Funds’ course on the 3rd & 4th of November in Frankfurt. The course will cover pro-forma cash flow modelling and then review issues of cash management, debt structures and distribution of returns. Natalie Bayfield has been invited to present on project modelling element of the course. Other contributers are Mike Patrick, Senior Lecturer in Real Estate at Oxford Brooks University, Caroline Beijdorrf, Senior Debt Advisor at PwC Corporate Finance and Federik Foussat, Director – Finance Continental Europe at Grosvenor Fund Management. We have put together a one day European Analyst course on the 19th August in London to follow on from the Real Estate Analyst course scheduled earlier in the week (16th & 17th August).
