Pre-requisite: None
Analyse property sales and acquisitions in detail. Develop complex, but easy to understand, rent functions and accurately project: income, costs and capital expenditure. Calculate the return on your investment and decide the maximum or minimum at which you are willing to buy or sell. Develop your cash flow skills by incorporating indexation, incentives and ratchet leases from 10 different European countries. Understand the behaviour of property income in different jurisdictions and learn techniques to help you plan and build advanced rent functions that can cope with many different patterns of rent. Real Estate Funding Models

Impress lenders with well developed real estate models that accurately reflect the risks whilst putting your project in the best possible light. Be ahead of the game with the ability to stress cash flows according to banking criteria, and construct the type of financing you need in advance of negotiations. Quantitative Research Models
Course Length: 2-Days
Pre-requisite: Familiarity with Excel
Learn about the factors affecting property investment returns, property cycles and the various models used to predict them. Understand how to select the appropriate data and transform it for analysis. Learn how to conduct trend analysis, decomposition, smoothing and calculate moving averages using various techniques including ordinary least square regression.
