New Address

Bayfield Training’s new address from the 3rd January 2012 will be: 71- 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. The telephone number hasn’t changed and the previous address will accept post for the next 12 months.

Defibrillator for Remote Highland Village

Bayfield Training are currently supporting fundraising for a defibrillator in a remote highland village. Glendale in the north west Isle of Skye has an ambulance response time of at least 20 minutes. INREV Modelling Course 3rd & 4th November

INREV is the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles. They are running a ‘Cash Flow Modelling for Non-listed Property Funds’ course on the 3rd & 4th of November in Frankfurt. The course will cover pro-forma cash flow modelling and then review issues of cash management, debt structures and distribution of returns. Natalie Bayfield has been invited to present on project modelling element of the course. Other contributers are Mike Patrick, Senior Lecturer in Real Estate at Oxford Brooks University, Caroline Beijdorrf, Senior Debt Advisor at PwC Corporate Finance and Federik Foussat, Director – Finance Continental Europe at Grosvenor Fund Management.
