Natalie Bayfield - Director
Natalie Bayfield is the world's leading expert on Real Estate Financial Modelling and pioneer of the very successful 'Bayfield Training Technique.'
Natalie is the Director of Bayfield Training, which she founded eight years ago, and is also Director of the recently formed consultancy BFM Ltd.
Natalie has considerable experience of building financial models for real estate companies and banks, having personally built models that together have processed in excess of £1.5 billion. Natalie has also trained and consulted for almost all the major surveying practices in the UK. She has taught nationals in and from countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. She is course director for the Investment Property Forum's flagship "Property Applied Spreadsheet & Systems" course, and course director for Euromoney's "Real Estate Financial Modelling in Excel" course.
Natalie lectures at Cambridge University, City University, The College of Estate Management, Southbank University, Westminster University, and the University of Belfast.
Natalie is the author of Estates Gazette's bestseller, and university recommended reading "Excel for Surveyors" and "Advanced Excel for Surveyors" as well as contributed to a number of other articles and publications. Natalie graduated from City University in 1998 with a degree in property valuation and finance. She is a member of the Investment Property Forum, and The Institute of Directors.
