As a Real Estate Executive Education company for the past Twenty years, Bayfield Training provides a wide range of Financial Modelling and Real Estate Strategy courses for the Global Real Estate Profession.

We deliver Classroom-based, online/virtual and self-study courses.

We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing List

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. Ticketing Data

When you buy course tickets through our course booking site, your name, email, contact number and company name will be stored. To book our face to face and virtual training courses only, we use the Eventbrite system. For more information, check Eventbrite.

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

We use third-party providers to deliver our self-study services. For the purpose of delivering our services, the chosen LMS may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enrol in the School or a Course. Third Parties

In order to make certain services available to you, we may need to share our personal data with some of our stakeholders. These include Universities, Training Venues, Learning Management Systems, printers or trainers.

Third parties cannot use the data other than to perform services for Bayfield and also that such third parties are bound by privacy terms no less stringent than those set out in Bayfield’s privacy policy.

Access to your personal information

Your data will be stored in a secure Customer Relationship Management system.

At some point, you might wish to access or restrict the use and collection of your personal data. You can contact us at any time regarding your data.
