Our Course leaders, along with the guest speakers created an outstanding learning experience for our delegates.
Delegates came from Africa, East Europe and the UK. They had three intensive days full of new ideas, knowledge and networking.
The new hypothetical shopping centre game was very well received.
The game was introduced on the first day of the course, in chapter three; design, construction, repairs and refurbishment. Our facilitator displayed the shopping centre layout to open a discussion among the delegates.
On the second day of the course, the game was fully presented on the occupier, leases and financial modelling chapter. Delegates worked in groups and they discussed which product mix will be the best option to get the most sustainable and investible shopping centre.
