This combined programme brings together Bayfield Training’s flagship Real Estate Developer Course and Real Estate Finance Course to provide a comprehensive, end‑to‑end understanding of the development lifecycle and the financial modelling skills needed to assess and execute real estate projects.

Across three intensive days, you will learn to build full development cash flows from first principles incorporating phased construction costs, revenues, professional fees, financing structures, and risk analysis. The course covers essential concepts such as land value analysis, residual appraisals, debt structuring, promote waterfalls, joint venture arrangements, and scenario‑based viability assessments.
