Over the past four months, we have been delivering our repertoire of courses in a virtual format, via Zoom. As an Executive Education company, this is something we had planned to do in the future. However, Covid has helped accelerate this process.

To learn more about this, read our CEO’s LinkedIn article: “A virtual way to bring our expertise to your doorstep”.

We have mastered the art of delivering our premium courses via Zoom and decided to make this service permanent:

From September onwards both, online and classroom-based courses will be available.

What are our training delivery options?

We offer three different types of course delivery: Public, In-House and Bespoke.

Public courses are scheduled throughout the year. Our calendar shows the dates of each of our Bayfield Training courses. This sort of training appeals to individuals as well as organisations.

In-House courses are suitable for companies/organisations that have three or more employees in need of training. This delivery style offers flexibility in dates and times and this type of delivery is the most cost-effective option for groups.

Bespoke: The grounds of this type of course are similar to the in-house training. This is a flexible option to arrange the training at convenient times for you or your company. Bespoke training can be delivered to one delegate and up to 8. We tailor our course content to meet your specific needs.

For the last 20 years, we have been delivering all of the above in a classroom-based delivery style.

Classroom-based:

We have been using this method for over 20 years now. All of our public courses are scheduled in prestigious locations worldwide and we go to our client’s premises to deliver in-house and bespoke training.  This delivery style offers a full learning experience:  face to face training, small course capacity, discussions, networking and venue services.

NEW Online training:

This is the highlight of 2020. Bayfield courses have become available to be taken online as a result of Covid-19 and we are about to launch the online calendar for the rest of the year. We have managed to offer a great online learning experience by adapting the course content to the virtual format, reducing the size of the classes to ensure increased trainer to delegate interaction, as well as adding 1-2-1 tutorials with each delegate.

The self-study method is in the pipeline and will be added to our website in the upcoming months.
